Yes - The property and each apartment is powered by an inverter, however, please note:
- The A/C units (where available) are powered by electricity. They are not connected to the inverter.
- The ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom are connected to the inverter.
- Electrical appliances - the TV, refrigerator, washer/dryer, microwave, toaster, kettle and iron are connected to the inverter.
- The wi-fi is connected to the inverter and we provide a backup portable router that has its own battery backup as we understand how important wifi is for our guests.
- Limit the number of appliances you use at the same time as this may overload the inverter causing it to trip. If this happens, please let us know right away so we can reset your inverter.
- The stove and oven are powered by electricity, not the inverter. We provide a two-plate gas cooker that can be used for cooking during periods of load-shedding. The patio also has a BBQ and charcoal.
- The hot water geyser is both electric and solar powered.
- We provide the daily load shedding schedule upon request.

We love pets, but unfortunately, we cannot accommodate them in our apartments at this time due to allergy concerns for other guests. Service animals are always welcome.

Yes, each apartment comes with its own washer and dryer for your convenience during your stay.
Yes - house-cleaning/house-keeping is available for an additional fee. This service includes cleaning and making the bed.
The property is wall-fenced with electric razor wire and CCTV surveillance on the whole property. The gate is remote-controlled access only and we use smart keyless door locks. We have a security guard at night and live-in/ on-site property manager and super.
